Personal Coaching.
There are many reasons to seek coaching. You may be feeling uncertain about your path in life, having difficulties in intimate relationships, or struggling to find meaning. You may be grieving the loss of a loved one, whether symbolic or real, navigating a life transition, or simply feeling disconnected with your “true” self. Or, perhaps, you do know what you want – you just need accountability and support.
Many of life’s problematic symptoms sprout from old, long forgotten places. Our job, then, is to work together to figure out where they come from. By shining a light into the depths, we begin to see why things are the way they are. Only then can we begin to tend to and untangle the knots.
Through our sessions, we may move towards answering: What does the soul want? What is it that you desire? And what is stopping you? We will cultivate space to figure out what is meaningful for you and what isn’t. We’ll hold space for you to reinstate your subjectivity, while considering the practicalities and barriers that reality bring. From there, we will find ways to come to terms with what’s real and desired and with what’s seen and unseen.
Innate to our work is a necessary desire to change. This may include confronting or encountering uncomfortable truths, connecting the past to the present, and accepting life for all its freedoms and limitations. Together, we will work with your values and your vision.
If this resonates with you and you are curious about working together, I invite you to reach out to see if we’re the right fit.
